This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use the Personal Data you provide to our Websites https://yourteacher.ai/, https://talk.yourteacher.ai/ (hereinafter “Website”). It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Data and how you can access the information. We respect your privacy, and we take protecting it seriously.

      3. Password (all passwords provided by you to use our Service will be saved to enable you to access to your password in case of its loss);

We will also review your conversations and personal data, which may be in such conversation, collected through the use of  our Services in order to provide quality control of the Services on our side. This includes voice recordings and transcriptions. Please be aware of that any sensitive information shared in your conversation could be accessed and reviewed as part of our provision of Services. Please, do not provide sensitive information during your intercourse with AI-powered teachers on our Service (for example, do not provide bank account details, passwords, personal identification numbers,  data of you relatives, etc).
    4. We may collect Personal Data from you in various ways and circumstances, including, but not limited to, when you interact with our Website.

    1. Personal Data collected by or transmitted to TEACHER AI in the course of accessing, interacting, and operating of the may include, without limitation, the following Personal Data:
      1. device information, which may include (but is not limited to) information about the computer or mobile device you use to access the Website, including the hardware model, operating system and version, the web browser you use, location, and other device identifiers;
      2. server log information, which may include (but is not limited to) the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, your IP address, referer, your comments, submitted forms, and time spent at the Website;

We and our Website providers use various technologies to collect information when you interact with the Website, including cookies.       1. to facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage User accounts;

      6. to provide quality control on our side;

      1. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you approve that You are solely responsible for all your actions and fully understand the statements outlined in this Privacy Policy.
    2. EU Persons Consent to Personal Data processing
      1. If you are an EU Person and to process your Personal Data, we need to receive your consent, as prescribed by GDPR, we will process your Personal Data only in the case we have received from you a freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of your wishes by which you signify agreement to the processing of your Personal Data ("Consent").

      1. EU Territory. We store Personal Data as long as needed to provide our Services. Traffic information is erased or made anonymous when it is no longer needed for transmission. Direct marketing and provision of value-added services information (including traffic information used for these purposes) are stored as long as the same is necessary for the provision of these activities or up to the time when a User opts out from such use in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Other information is stored for as long as we consider it to be necessary for the provision of our Services.     3. We do not intentionally collect or maintain any kind of sensitive data or criminal offense data. Also, we never undertake profiling of personal data. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected any kind of sensitive data or criminal offense data form any User, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records.

    1. When you use our Services, other Users can see your Username on the leaderboard on Our Website and Application.

    1. We work with third-party service providers who provide website development, hosting, maintenance, and other services for us. They may be located outside of the EEA. These contractors may have access to or process Personal Data on behalf of us as part of providing those services for us. We limit the information provided to these service providers to that which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions.
    2. All data transfers are performed in accordance with the highest security regulations. All data processed by us is stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities provided by AWS US East (Northern Virginia).
    3. We use a third-party payment processor, currently Stripe (“Payment Processor”), to assist in securely processing your payment information. If you pay with a credit card, the payment information that you provide through the Services is encrypted and transmitted directly to the Payment Processor. We do not store your Payment Information and do not control and are not responsible for the Payment Processors or their collection or use of your information.     6. We use Google Analytics to create detailed statistics of our Website users. The statistics are collected on Google's server; the User only places JS code on the pages of his or her site. The tracking code is triggered when the User opens the page in his or her web browser.     15. Our Website use Azure TTS, ElevenLabs, PlayHT  to perform speech recognition. When you use the speech recognition feature, the things you say will be recorded and sent to Azure TTS, ElevenLabs, PlayHT in order to convert what you say into text and to process your requests. We and  our contractors may use your voice input, as long as it is collected in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve our Services. By using the speech recognition feature, you agree and consent to us and our contractors for transmission, collection, maintenance, processing, and use of this information, including your voice input, to provide and improve our speech recognition functionality in our Services.

We may share your personal data with our insurers and our professional advisors (lawyers, bankers, auditors, corporate financiers, and brokers) in connection with the services they provide to us. If we share your personal data with those processors, we will require the recipient to keep it confidential and secure.
