Please, do not provide sensitive information during your intercourse with AI-powered teachers on our Service (for example, do not provide bank account details, passwords, personal identification numbers, data of you relatives, etc).

DATA STORING AND DELETION

CONTRACTORS

All data transfers are performed in accordance with the highest security regulations. All data processed by us is stored exclusively in secure hosting facilities provided by AWS US East (Northern Virginia).
We use a third-party payment processor, currently Stripe (“Payment Processor”), to assist in securely processing your payment information. If you pay with a credit card, the payment information that you provide through the Services is encrypted and transmitted directly to the Payment Processor. We do not store your Payment Information and do not control and are not responsible for the Payment Processors or their collection or use of your information. Our Website use Azure TTS, ElevenLabs, PlayHT to perform speech recognition. When you use the speech recognition feature, the things you say will be recorded and sent to Azure TTS, ElevenLabs, PlayHT in order to convert what you say into text and to process your requests. We and our contractors may use your voice input, as long as it is collected in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve our Services. By using the speech recognition feature, you agree and consent to us and our contractors for transmission, collection, maintenance, processing, and use of this information, including your voice input, to provide and improve our speech recognition functionality in our Services.
